mobifindit! beta 2 is here!

We’re happy to announce that mobifindit! beta 2 has just landed with some great new features and corrections:New Features

- Supports email creation for contacts with email addresses
- There is now a help wizard displayed at first launch
- Automatic launch when the handset startsCorrections
- Some applications & bookmarks were only displayed after the 3rd key was typed
- A fixed phone icon was displayed in some circumstances for contacts with only a mobile phonemobifindit! still provides these great benefits:
- Finds instantly any content on the phone
Contacts, MP3s, images, videos & bookmarks.

- Natural language search
mobifindit! uses predictive natural language search:
Type “STE” ie “783″ to call Steve, type “MUM” to call your Mum, etc

- Action keywords
Instant access to the most frequently used applications and functions:
Just type “SMS” (767) to display “New SMS” & “SMS Inbox” entries, etc.

Most of the “normal users” can’t get through easily accessing all the content and features available on their handsets and services available from their carriers.
With mobifindit!, mobease is taking the best of Google Desktop, predictive text input and web search and shakes it together to deliver an intuitive way of getting things done on a handset.The benefits?

- mobifindit! is currently only available for SYMBIAN SERIES 60 handsets
- first launch will take anywhere from 5 seconds to 15 minutes, depending on the amount of contacts and files present on your phone and its memory card. You can put mobifindit! in background by pressing the red key.

4 days until beta 1!

Here we are, almost ready to release the first public beta.
A great thanks to the early supporters that have tested very early versions and have helped us shape this initial beta.
It will for sure have bugs, caveats and limitations but we’ll give you full information on monday.
